This dog-friendly neighborhood is also a short distance to the Water of Leith and Warriston walking path for a stroll.

This ground-floor studio apartment was newly renovated in July 2024 with modern and thoughtful touches to ensure a comfortable stay for guests.

📍 The studio is located in a vibrant, historic part of Edinburgh, and like many traditional buildings in the area, the entrance opens directly onto the pavement. While this might not suit everyone, many guests appreciate the easy access—especially those travelling with pets, luggage, or who prefer to avoid stairs.

The kitchenette is stocked with a large refrigerator, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee and tea amenities to keep you going while you enjoy the sights.

You have full access to the entire studio throughout your stay.

For guests with pets, we provide a pet bowls. As this is a private apartment building, please be considerate of neighbors if your dog is known to bark; do not leave them unattended in the flat.

🅿️ PARKING INFO 🅿️ Street parking is available and it is free from 5:30 pm to 8:30 am, including Saturday and Sunday. It is otherwise metered at £3.80 per hr with a pay-and-display style ticket.
