👥 Extra Guests: $20 per person, per night from the 4th guest onward (base rate covers 3 guests).

🕰️ Early check-in and late check out request is subject to approval and availability. A $25 fee is applicable for 2:30pm check in and 10:30am check out.

🐾 Pets: One small dog under 35 lbs is welcome. Sorry, no cats or other animals permitted.

🚤 Boats: Guest boats may be parked in the driveway/front of the property, but docking is not allowed. The boat currently docked belongs to the owner and is strictly off-limits.

🎥 Security: Exterior cameras face the dock for safety. Boarding, tampering with, or attempting to use the owner’s boat is prohibited and will result in fines.

🧴 Essentials: Guests are responsible for personal toiletries (paper towels & toilet paper provided).

🔥 Grill & Fire Pit: Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if it runs out.

🥂 Pool Safety: Absolutely no glass in or around the pool area. If glass enters the pool, guest will be fined.

🚪 Doors & Windows: Please keep all doors and windows closed. Open windows/doors for extended periods cause extreme indoor humidity levels.

🦟 Insects: Florida is tropical! Bring bug spray or a Thermacell device so mosquitoes or other insects don’t interfere with your stay.
